I've tried installing all windows updates, and not installing an of them, and the problem seems to happen less frequently when I don't have any installed at all.

Sometimes it happens after the 2nd or 3rd time I try to load the game up, and sometimes, as was the case today, it's been over a week since the last time I had the problem. I have gone so far as to reinstall wipe the drive and reinstall everything, but the problem seems to pop back up. This seems to be an intermittent problem, and usually uninstalling and reinstalling the game takes care of the problem temporarily. I am getting an Application error on TurbineInvoker.exe that says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b).
